The gastronomy of the famous gourmet restaurant “Underhuset” is known far beyond the borders of the country. For more than 25 years the restaurant has been Knight of La Chaine des Rôtisseurs.
The open kitchen is in extension of the restaurant room, and the guests can follow the preparation of the many lunch and dinner specialties.

The preparation of the a la carte menu is done following Old Danish traditions as well as with international inspiration.
